We are a company that likes to keep busy but without rushing our projects and compromising on quality. We currently have two sites that are under construction, with completion due in Spring 2024 and Spring 2025. We also have a pipeline of Options spanning the next two years, allowing for a steady rate of development.
Our target completion rate is 20 units per year. However, this is dependent on a number of factors, such as the construction site and our strategic deployment of capital. As a company, we take our time to construct our developments methodically and in sequence.
As a company based in Southampton, we operate within the central southern regions of England. Our knowledge of the local area means we have an understanding of communities and infrastructure, allowing us to build in a sensitive and responsible way. The regions where we have sought most development opportunities have been in Poole, Bournemouth and Alton so far.
At Lantis, we use a Construction Management approach to our builds and have developed many successful, professional and lasting partnerships with local tradespeople. We always work with highly skilled, specialised tradespeople at different times for different aspects of the build to produce the best quality results. Each trade is undertaken by a specific tradesperson – not a ‘general builder’.
For an average build, we have 45 work packages being fulfilled by experts in each area. This utilisation of specialist trades on a repeat basis allows us to ensure the quality of our builds is consistently high.
Keeping with the local theme, we have a supply chain that is within a 50-mile radius of Southampton. This ensures we use local resources, reduce travel times and consider the environmental impact of our projects.
